All orders placed through this website are delivered Australia-wide via Chemist2U. Chemist2U is a trusted online pharmacy delivery service that enables fast, convenient access to pharmacy products, delivered directly to your door.

Depending on your location and the time of your order, delivery options may include:

  • Same-day delivery
  • Next-day delivery
  • Australia Post delivery

This service connects you with a network of local partner pharmacies. Your order will be prepared by one of these pharmacies and handed to a courier for delivery.

You can track your order using the tracking number sent to you via email once your order has been packed and shipped. The email will be sent to the same email address you used to place your order.

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change-of-mind purchases. This includes cases where:

  • You found the item cheaper elsewhere
  • You no longer want the product
  • You ordered the wrong size or colour
  • You simply don't like the item

However, Chemist2U will gladly arrange a return or refund in cases where:

  • An item arrives damaged
  • You receive incorrect items
  • Your order is missing
  • There is an error on our part

How to process a return for a faulty product

If you receive a damaged item, please report it to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please contact us via our live chat or send us an email to support@chemist2u.com.au, providing the details of the faulty product(s), original order details, and a description of the fault, including:

  • The order number associated with your original order
  • A description of the faulty product(s) to be returned and the fault you have encountered
  • A photo of the faulty product(s)

Our team will assess the fault and, once validated, will contact you with an appropriate replacement or refund procedure.
